ChangesFreelance and Custom Engineering Services to Terms
For custom engineering services or freelance projects, the scope of work is strictly defined in the accepted quote. Any additional features or revisions outside this agreed scope will be subject to additional charges. Either party may terminate a custom project early by providing written notice. In the event of early termination, the client is obligated to pay YoupSpace for all hours worked and deliverables completed up to the date of termination. Any payments already made for completed work are strictly non refundable.
Commercial Intellectual Property
While standard website content is for personal use, custom engineering projects are governed by their specific agreements. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, YoupSpace retains all intellectual property rights to the original designs and source code created during freelance projects. Upon full payment of the invoice, the client receives a license to use the final production files for their intended commercial purpose.
Liability for Custom Services
For custom engineering and freelance services, YoupSpace provides designs and prototypes on an as is basis. YoupSpace shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of provided designs or prototypes. The maximum liability of YoupSpace for custom services is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
Changes to Terms
I (YoupSpace) reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
